- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items purchased through promotions or on sale are not eligible for exchange unless the item is defective or damaged.

- Please provide a brief reason for your exchange request (size, fit, color, etc.).
- Our team will assist you with the next steps, and you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Exchange Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
- The exchange can be for a different size, color, or style, depending on availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
